We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility

- Must include original purchase receipt or proof of purchase
- Must not show signs of wear, use, or damage
- All protective films and seals must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used grooming products
- Items with broken seals or missing protective films
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:

- Wait for our team to approve your return request (usually within 24 hours)
- Receive return shipping instructions and authorization number
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item using the provided return label or your preferred carrier
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item
- Inspect the item (1-2 business days)
- Process your refund if approved (3-5 business days)
- Issue refund to your original payment method
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Some banks and credit card companies may take additional time.
Refund Amounts:
- Original purchase price will be refunded
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Different color or model of the same product
- Size or variant changes (if applicable)
- Defective or damaged items
To initiate an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping
- Choose between a replacement or full refund
- Expedited replacement shipping at no additional cost
Photo Documentation: Clear photos help us process your claim faster and may be required for manufacturer warranty claims.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit
Our Responsibility:
- We provide prepaid return labels for defective items
- We cover return shipping for our errors
- We provide return authorization numbers
Restocking Fees
Barber World does not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, the following situations may incur fees:
- Items returned without authorization: 15% restocking fee
- Items missing original packaging: 20% restocking fee
- Items showing signs of use: Return may be denied
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again (processing can take time)
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time varies)

Warranty vs. Returns
Important: Our 30-day return policy is separate from manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims or technical issues that arise after 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with your product.
