Refund Eligibility

Refund Amounts

- Product Cost: Full purchase price of the item
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes paid
Your refund will NOT include:
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Restocking Fees: May apply in certain situations (see below)
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Timeline Overview:
- Day 1-2: Return received and inspected
- Day 3-5: Refund approved and processed
- Day 5-10: Refund appears in your account
- You'll receive an email confirmation when we receive your return
- Inspection typically takes 1-2 business days
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Refund will appear in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours
- Apple Pay: Refund will appear on the card used through Apple Pay
- Klarna/Afterpay: Refund processed according to their policies
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or card than originally used.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Item shows obvious signs of use
- Item is missing parts or accessories
- Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Item packaging is damaged or missing
- Item is not in original condition due to customer fault
The amount deducted will depend on the condition of the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Opened hygiene products (for safety reasons)
- Used or damaged items (unless defective)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Customized or personalized products
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Full refund including original shipping costs
- Free return shipping label provided
- Priority processing (1-2 business days)
- Option to receive replacement instead of refund
- Must report within 48 hours of delivery
Please Note: Photos of the defect or damage must be provided to expedite your claim.
Wrong Item Received
If we ship you the wrong item:
- Full refund including all shipping costs
- Free return shipping label provided
- Express replacement shipped at no charge

Restocking Fees
Barber World does not typically charge restocking fees. However, fees may apply if:
- 15% Fee: Return without authorization number
- 20% Fee: Item missing original packaging
- 25% Fee: Item shows signs of use or damage
- No Refund: Item significantly damaged or incomplete
To avoid restocking fees, always contact us for a return authorization before shipping items back.
Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel your order:
- Before Shipment: Full refund (typically within 3-5 business days)
- After Shipment: Standard return policy applies once delivered
- In Transit: Wait for delivery, then initiate return

Exchanges vs. Refunds
Prefer an exchange instead? We offer:
- Same product in different color or size
- Different product of equal or greater value
- Faster processing than refund + new order
- Free exchange shipping on defective items

Price Adjustments
If an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase:
- Contact us for a price adjustment
- We'll refund the difference
- Must be the exact same item
- Clearance and final sale items excluded
- Only one price adjustment per item
